Укук коргоочу Роза Маманова менен шаардык архивдин башчысынын чыр-чатагы жазылган видео фейсбук баракчасында жарыяланды. Оозго алгыс сөздөр менен сөгүнгөн мамлекеттик кызматкердин видеосу апрель айында Кызыл-Кыя шаарында тартылган. Бирок Маманова 23-июнь күнү жарыялаган.
«Мени каржы полициясы чакырган. Болжол менен саат 11:00 чамасында мекемеге барсам, ал жерде Мамыт Ботоев мени оозго алгыс сөздөр менен сөгүп салды», — деп билдирген «Клоопко» Маманова.
Анын айтымында, буга чейин ал Ботоевди Кызыл-Кыя шаарынын вице-мэри болуп турганда мамлекеттик жерди мыйзамсыз ыйгарып алганына айыптап келген. Сейил бак курулчу жерге азыр үйлөр салынып кеткен.
Ботоев «Клооптун» журналистине курган маегинде мурда эле укук коргоочу менен чатакташып жүргөнүн тастыктады. Анын айтымында, Маманова аны каралап, коррупция боюнча айыптаган. Ал жада калса сотко кайрылып, сот Маманова андан кечирим сурашы керек деген токтом чыгарган дейт.
Мамыт Ботоев 2009-2011-жылдары Кызыл-Кыянын вице-мэри болуп эмгектенген. 2017-жылы мамархивдин жетекчиси болуп дайындалган.
Мамлекеттин ишенген ач апаат кадлары.Кой кайтарып койсон да койду жеп сала турган кадрлар мамлекетти башкарып отурат.Койчумандыка татыксыз инсан Кызыл-Кыя архивин башкарып отурат Абылгазыевти сатып алып,оозун майлап,паралап Ботоев Мамыт Койчумандыка татыксызды мам.кызматта кармап отурат Мухамедкалый Абылгазыев.
