Having previously defeated Vienna (66-65) and Pärnu (84-61), Nancy stands as the sole team in Group D with three wins. This is pending the outcome of Keravnos's match against King Szczecin, where Keravnos has two wins from two games. Sylvain Lautié's squad also secured their first Betclic Élite victory last weekend against Nanterre (80-65). Their next European fixture is an away game in Szczecin on October 28th for the fourth round of the competition.

"The ball is moving more because the team is getting to know each other better. On defense, we can be quite satisfied as we limited them to 77 points. We could do better, yes, but it's not bad, even if we miss some communication sometimes. But it corrects very quickly," commented Noa Kouakou-Heugue to JSL. "Our size advantage helped us tonight. Above all, I note that this team lives well. Starters as well as players coming off the bench are important. Everyone pushes each other, which is very encouraging. The same goes for the staff. Communication is very easy. This allows us to correct our issues very quickly during matches."

After a 74-65 loss in Körfez the previous week, following their initial victory against Manchester (79-72), Chalon is the sole team in Group F with two wins heading into Wednesday's matches: Körfez vs. Manchester and Kalev vs. Bashkimi. Yanis Tonnellier, sidelined for five to seven weeks, did not play.
